Jones Robinson has clinched a top honour at the 2026 Trusted Agent Awards, being crowned Overall Estate Agent of the Year. The independent agency's six branches across West Berkshire, central Wiltshire, and South Oxfordshire have consistently delivered high performance and exceptional customer satisfaction.
The Trusted Agent Awards' unique methodology focuses on real data rather than subjective judging panels. Winners are chosen based on a thorough analysis of agency performance metrics combined with genuine customer reviews from platforms like Google, Trustpilot, Feefo, and Facebook – giving clients a voice in the industry's recognition.
Alongside its Overall Estate Agent of the Year title, Jones Robinson secured two Gold awards: Small Agency of the Year for businesses with two to six offices, and South East Estate Agency of the Year. One of its offices boasts an impressive 600+ Trustpilot reviews and nearly 2,500 Google reviews – a testament to their commitment to customer satisfaction.
Other notable winners included Sam Cerrone from Cerrone Estates, Personal Agent of the Year, and Dawsons, which received the Customer Service Award. LSL was recognised as the National Network for Customer Service, while Paramount Properties won Single Office Estate Agency of the Year. The Frost Partnership claimed Medium Agency of the Year, and Andrews secured the Network of the Year award.
The regional excellence Gold awards went to Webbers (South West), Paramount Properties (Greater London), Minors & Brady (East of England), Webbs (West Midlands), Robert Ellis (East Midlands), Flexi-Agent (North West), JW Wood (North East), Red Brik (Yorkshire & The Humber), and Number One Real Estate (Wales). Clare Yates was also honoured with a Lifetime Achievement Award for her long-standing dedication to promoting professional standards within the property industry.
