The 90-minute session addressed multi-title lodgement, restrictions, plan-related issues, and the use of e-signatures - all topics that frequently cause difficulties for conveyancers. Attendees benefited from worked examples and a live Q&A with HM Land Registry's casework experts specialising in new build applications.
