Landlords looking to secure their borrowing costs are being offered reduced mortgage pricing across standard, specialist, and large portfolio products. This includes cuts from Paragon Bank, United Trust Bank (UTB), and new discounted products from Rely.

Paragon Bank has lowered fixed rates by 15 basis points across its Core and Tailored ranges, with rates beginning at 3.40%. UTB has reduced two-year fixed rates by up to 50 basis points, and its standard two-year fixed rates now start at 3.89%.

These deals cover various property types, such as single properties, houses in multiple occupation (HMOs), and multi-unit blocks (MUBs), depending on the lender. Paragon's two-year Green Mortgage rates for properties with EPC ratings of A to C start at 3.40% at 75% loan to value (LTV).

Rely has introduced limited-edition two- and five-year fixed rates for landlords with at least 11 properties, which are priced up to 40 basis points below its standard range. New products at 60% and 65% LTV offer discounts of up to 15 basis points for landlords with four or more mortgaged properties.

What this means for you: If you are a landlord looking to fix your borrowing costs, you may find lower mortgage pricing available from various lenders.
