Landstones, an independent estate agency, has expanded its West London presence with the opening of a new office in Fulham. The agency has taken over the former Draker Lettings premises located at 581 Fulham Road, SW6.
This new branch adds to Landstones' existing operations in West London, which include an office on Westbourne Grove in Notting Hill and a previous presence on Earl's Court Road. The Fulham office, which officially opened in late June, will manage both sales and lettings.
Martyn Green, a director at Landstones, stated that the agency already manages a significant portfolio of rental properties across SW6. The new office aims to provide a more accessible local service to existing clients in Fulham. Mo Kanso, previously with Draker Lettings, has been appointed as managing director following this expansion.
