Lang Llewellyn & Co, an estate and letting agency based in Cornwall, is set to open a second office in St Austell. This expansion follows the agency's acquisition of RPM Lettings, a local lettings business, in February of this year.
The new branch, situated at 11a High Cross Street, aims to strengthen Lang Llewellyn & Co's presence in the mid-Cornwall rental market. Much of the acquired RPM portfolio is located in and around St Austell.
Elliott Newman has been appointed to lead the new office, serving as the primary contact for landlords and tenants. The agency plans to mark the opening with a launch event at White River Place Shopping Centre on Friday, August 28, from 9am to 3pm, in collaboration with Cornwall’s Rewind Radio. The High Cross Street branch will also be open on the same day.
