The all-new Lexus ES 350e, the eighth generation of the executive saloon, has been launched in the UK. This model is exclusively available as a fully electric vehicle, bringing Lexus's approach to quality into the electric era.
The ES 350e is equipped with a 77kWh battery and a front-mounted electric motor that produces 221bhp. It can accelerate from 0 to 62mph in 8.0 seconds and has a top speed of 99mph. The quoted electric range varies between 325 and 361 miles, depending on the specification, with the Premium Plus trim offering 357 miles (WLTP).
For rapid charging, a 150kW DC charger can replenish the battery from 10 to 80 per cent in approximately half an hour. The vehicle measures 5,140mm long and features a 2,950mm wheelbase, contributing to a spacious cabin.
Available trims include the Premium at £59,345, the Premium Plus at £68,245, and the Takumi at £72,545.
