LLCR, the Landlord Compliance Register, has been named a finalist in four categories at the Property Week Tech Innovation Forum & Awards 2026. This recognition comes twelve weeks after the platform's launch on 1 May.
The company is a finalist in three categories: Best Governance & Risk Solution, the Legal Technology Excellence Award, and Residential Innovation in PropTech. Tauhid Islam, founder of LLCR, is also a finalist for the Rising Star Award for Individuals.
The platform currently monitors over £35 million of residential property for compliance. Identified compliance gaps on the platform amount to over £1 million in combined potential exposure, based on maximum penalties for those obligations. No fines or enforcement actions have been taken against users.
