Lomond has announced the acquisition of Ocean Property Services Group, a move that adds 12 branches to its network and establishes a new regional hub in Bristol. This acquisition is set to strengthen Lomond’s presence in the South West, incorporating a substantial sales and lettings operation.
Ocean Property Services Group, which began with a single branch in Bishopston, has been operating for more than 40 years. The business has since expanded across Bristol and North Somerset, offering services in residential sales, lettings, conveyancing, property management, and financial services.
Rob Mott, chief revenue officer at Lomond, stated that Bristol is a critical market for their national growth plans. He noted Ocean's 40-year heritage, loyal customer base, and reputation for excellence. Paul Harris, founder of Ocean, expressed pride in the business he founded 42 years ago.
