Lomond appoints former Foxtons executive Neil McGimpsey as southern chief revenue officer

Lomond has appointed Neil McGimpsey as chief revenue officer for its southern region, replacing Rob Mott. Savills has also named Camilla Elwell as a director in its Salisbury residential team.

Lomond has announced the appointment of Neil McGimpsey as chief revenue officer for its southern region. He takes over from Rob Mott, the founder of Charters, who is stepping down after 18 years.

McGimpsey will be responsible for the performance and growth of Lomond’s southern agency brands, which include Charters, Miles & Barr, Prospect, and Ocean. He previously served as Lomond’s chief operating officer since joining the group in December 2025, overseeing its response to the Renters’ Rights Act.

Before joining Lomond, McGimpsey spent 15 years in senior leadership roles at Foxtons and was chief executive of Druce & Co. Paul Geddes, chief executive of Lomond, stated that McGimpsey's experience makes him well-suited to lead the southern region.

In other property news, Savills has appointed Camilla Elwell as a director in its Salisbury residential team. Elwell has nearly 14 years of experience in the property industry, having started her career with Savills in 2012. She will focus on prime residential sales across Hampshire, Wiltshire, Dorset, and West Berkshire.
