Lomond, the estate and lettings agency group, has received another workplace award, being named one of the UK’s Best Workplaces in Construction, Engineering and Property for the third consecutive year by Great Place To Work UK. This marks Lomond's third workplace accolade this year.
The group also featured in The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2026, recognised in the Very Big Organisation category. Additionally, Lomond was named among Great Place To Work UK’s Best Workplaces for Development.
These awards coincide with a period of continued expansion for Lomond, which now operates across 10 regions and employs more than 3,000 people. Recent acquisitions include Ocean in Bristol, Prospect in the Thames Valley, and Homesure in Liverpool. Mergers and acquisitions are central to the group’s growth strategy, and Lomond stated that maintaining its workplace culture across its expanding network remains a priority.
