The investment centres on fully consolidating the manufacturing of its successful 5-in-1 product range within the Ahlen facility. LR Health & Beauty aims to bring approximately 95% of its products under one roof, integrating development, quality assurance, and production at its German base. By doing so, the company can enhance control over its value chain, improving oversight of quality and operational processes.
The new production line is engineered with cutting-edge technology from a leading plant manufacturer, designed for high-speed production, maximum efficiency, and stable reproducible processes. Cleanroom conditions of the highest grade ensure product safety and quality. Additionally, an intelligent camera system for real-time monitoring detects any deviations immediately, complemented by a fully automated Cleaning-in-Place (CIP) system to maintain stringent hygiene standards.
