LRG has announced the acquisition of CBGA Property Management, integrating the first dedicated commercial property management brand into its portfolio. The deal provides LRG with an established commercial property management operation, including offices in London and Birmingham, a national client base, and a UK-wide managed portfolio.
CBGA, founded in 1989, offers commercial property management and advisory services across various sectors, including office, industrial, retail, and leisure. Its services encompass property management, service charge administration, client reporting, and health and safety compliance.
CBGA Property Management will continue to operate under its current name, with the existing management team, including partner Richard Turner, remaining in place. LRG stated that the acquisition is part of its strategy to partner with established businesses that have strong leadership and opportunities for sustainable growth.
