Manchester City have agreed a €100m deal to acquire midfielder Ayyoub Bouaddi from Lille. The 18-year-old is set to become City’s second major midfield signing of the summer, with an initial payment of €95m and a potential €5m in add-ons for the Morocco international.
This move comes as City intensify their midfield overhaul following the departures of captain Bernardo Silva, Rodri, and Tijjani Reijnders. Bouaddi will join Elliot Anderson, who was signed for £116m, as part of the club's midfield revamp.
Elsewhere, Liverpool's pursuit of Paris Saint-Germain winger Bradley Barcola has seen a boost after positive discussions were held with the French club. PSG insiders reportedly expect Barcola to leave this summer, though a significant valuation gap has been noted, with PSG asking for €145m.
