Manchester City Eye Everton's Iliman Ndiaye Amid Winger Search

Manchester City are reportedly interested in Everton winger Iliman Ndiaye as they seek replacements for Savio and Omar Marmoush, who have both moved to Tottenham.

  • Manchester City are considering Iliman Ndiaye of Everton as a potential signing.
  • Savio and Omar Marmoush have departed City for Tottenham.
  • City have already agreed a £32m fee for Brazilian winger Allan from Palmeiras.

Manchester City are reportedly interested in Everton's Iliman Ndiaye as they look to bolster their winger options. The move comes after Savio and Omar Marmoush both departed City for Tottenham, with Savio joining for an initial £75m and Marmoush on loan with a £60m obligation to buy.

City, the FA Cup holders, have already secured one new winger, agreeing a £32m fee with Palmeiras for Allan. However, they are also considering Ndiaye, who has scored 15 Premier League goals for Everton over two seasons.

A potential bid for the Senegal international could involve Jack Grealish moving to Everton as part of the deal. Grealish spent last season on loan at Everton, and manager David Moyes has expressed a desire to bring back the player, who is in the final year of his City contract.

Despite signing two wingers this summer, Tyrique George and Brennan Johnson, Moyes believes his Everton squad requires more players, stating it is smaller than last season. At City, Jeremy Doku and Antoine Semenyo are currently considered first-choice wingers, but the club aims to add further options after Marmoush and Savio each made 36 appearances last season.
