Martin & Co Huddersfield has completed the acquisition of ADM Residential, an independent estate and letting agency. This move is part of franchise owner Will Taylor's ongoing strategy to expand the business.
The deal represents Taylor's fourth acquisition since he took over the Huddersfield franchise in 2009. ADM Residential's property portfolio is set to be incorporated into the current Martin & Co operation, aiming to strengthen its presence in the local sales and lettings market.
Taylor stated that ADM Residential's location and portfolio were key factors in making it an attractive acquisition. He also indicated an intention to pursue further acquisitions to expand the franchise's presence in Huddersfield.
The financial terms of the ADM Residential deal have not been disclosed.
