Maura Sullivan has been appointed as Interim Chair of Gov Facility Services Limited (GFSL). Her tenure will begin on 1 August 2026 and is set to last for a period of up to six months, ending no later than 31 January 2027.
GFSL operates as a non-statutory, not-for-profit limited company. Its primary function is to deliver facilities management services to prisons located in the south of England.
Ms Sullivan has served as a Non-Executive Director of GFSL since April 2019. Her professional background includes over 30 years of executive experience in financial services, alongside other public appointments.
