Moveli, a self-employed agency network, has expanded its broker network to over 100 agents, more than tripling its size in the last two years. Many of the new recruits have transitioned from senior positions at traditional estate agencies to establish their own businesses.
Founded in 2018 by brothers Ben and Chris Littlewood, Moveli operates in the upper end of residential markets throughout the UK. The company states its brokers possess over 2,000 years of combined industry experience, with an average of approximately 20 years per broker.
The network has facilitated almost £1bn in home sales, with an average sale price of around £1.2m. Moveli's model allows agents to work as self-employed brokers while utilising the company's brand, technology, and infrastructure.
Moveli is also investing in its proprietary technology platform, Moveli OS, by adding AI functionality to automate administrative tasks and for use in marketing and client management. The company plans to continue recruiting experienced agents across the UK who operate in the upper end of their local markets.
