Antonia Okonma Shittu, who was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis (MS) at the age of 26, has established a multi-million-pound wig brand, A-List Lace Hair. Her business, which began with her selling wigs door-to-door, now serves high-profile clients including tennis icon Serena Williams and model Naomi Campbell.

Ms Shittu, now 44, also lives with Graves' disease and heart failure. She lost her hair during chemotherapy following a bone marrow transplant, an experience she says helped her understand customers' feelings of loss of control.

Despite struggling with fatigue and using a wheelchair, Ms Shittu has expanded her business with salons in London and New York. She believes her health challenges have taught her to trust and build a strong team, and she hopes her journey can inspire other women.
