A brutal stabbing in the early hours of Sunday morning has left a man dead on Westow Hill in Crystal Palace, south-east London. Emergency services were summoned at around 03:30 BST following reports of a fatal assault, where paramedics found a man believed to be in his 30s with multiple stab wounds.
