A revolution in the UK property market has begun, as PersonalEstateAgent.com launched with a bold new approach to connecting sellers with personal estate agents. The platform, co-founded by industry veteran Leigh Brown and AI consultant Prad Patel, leverages artificial intelligence (AI) and personality profiling to create what it calls 'virtuous matches' between homeowners and agents.

The core of the system is a personality-based questionnaire, inspired by Myers-Briggs-style profiling, which assesses sellers' preferences and working style. The platform then matches them with an agent whose approach and values align, aiming for a smoother and more rewarding sales journey.
