New Group All North Launches with First Acquisition, Targets Regional Expansion

All North Group, a new property group, has launched with the acquisition of Fidler Taylor and plans to acquire independent agencies across the North and Midlands.

  • All North Group has completed its first acquisition, Fidler Taylor, an estate agency and chartered surveying business.
  • The group plans further acquisitions of independent agencies across Derbyshire, South Yorkshire, the Midlands, and Staffordshire.
  • Acquired businesses will retain their trading names and local identities, while receiving shared support from All North Group.

A new property group, All North Group, has been established by fourth-generation estate agent Jack Wilson, who is also managing director of Wilson Estate Agents. The group has completed its initial acquisition of Fidler Taylor, a Matlock and Ashbourne-based estate agency and chartered surveying business.

All North Group aims to acquire independent agencies across the North and Midlands, specifically targeting Derbyshire, South Yorkshire, the Midlands, and Staffordshire. The expansion coincides with the 80th anniversary of Wilson Estate Agents, founded in 1946 by Leslie Wilson.

Under the new structure, acquired businesses will maintain their existing trading names and local identities. All North Group will provide shared management, technology, marketing, and administrative support. The group also intends to invest in AI, digital marketing, staff training, and operational systems.

Jack Wilson stated that the ambition is to "bring together great independent businesses, support their teams and invest in their future, while allowing them to retain the identity that their customers know and trust." He added that the group is seeking discussions with independent agency owners considering retirement, succession planning, or a sale.
