A new mergers and acquisitions (M&A) business named Realise has launched, targeting the property sector. Joel Osbourne, formerly the national acquisitions director for Spicerhaart, will lead the new venture.
Realise, launched by 2point0 Group, aims to advise property businesses on sales, mergers, and acquisitions. Mr Osbourne joins as a partner alongside co-founders Nicola and Paul Broomham.
Mr Osbourne brings more than 25 years of experience in the property industry, including M&A roles at LRG and Christie & Co. He and Paul Broomham have collectively handled over 50 business sales, mergers, and acquisitions, ranging from smaller lettings businesses to multi-million-pound corporate transactions.
The launch of Realise adds M&A services to 2point0 Group's existing business consultancy and recruitment operations, which began in January 2026. Nicola Broomham stated that the decision to expand into M&A followed enquiries received since the group's initial launch.
