  • The application period will remain open until around 4 June 2035, with annual assessments of tenders.

An additional opportunity has been introduced for individuals to tender to become a peer reviewer in specific categories of law. These categories include crime, family, housing, immigration and asylum, and mental health.

The deadline for tenders to be assessed for services commencing on 1 March 2027 is 5:00pm on 3 September 2026. All contracts awarded under this opportunity are scheduled to conclude on 28 February 2037, subject to early termination rights.

The application period is open until approximately 4 June 2035, allowing tenders to be submitted at any point during this timeframe. However, tenders will only be assessed once a year.

Applicants must meet the LAA’s Conditions of Participation and submit a complete tender using both the Central Digital Platform (CDP) and the LAA eTendering system. A share code linking the CDP response must be included in the Procurement Specific Questionnaire (PSQ) response.
