The Personal Estate Agency Awards 2026 have officially launched, aiming to recognise and celebrate the achievements of individuals and businesses operating within the UK's growing personal estate agency sector.
According to recent trends, the sector has witnessed significant growth, with self-employed and brokerage-based agency models becoming increasingly prominent. To address this, the awards have been established to fill the gap and provide a platform for excellence and achievement in the sector.
Nominations are free to enter and can be submitted by individuals, colleagues, and brokerage firms until 31 July. The awards ceremony is scheduled for 22 October 2026 at Edgbaston Park Hotel in Birmingham.
The judging panel consists of respected professionals from across the property industry, including compliance, recruitment, sales progression, coaching, and PropTech. Organisers have stated that finalists and winners will be selected based on published criteria, ensuring a fair and credible process.
Chris Webb, founder of The Estate Agent Consultancy and creator of the awards, expressed his enthusiasm for the initiative, saying: 'The personal estate agency sector has grown significantly over recent years, yet there has never been an awards programme dedicated solely to recognising the people and businesses operating within it.'
The Personal Estate Agency Awards 2026 aim to celebrate excellence, recognise achievement, and shine a spotlight on the people and businesses helping to raise standards across the sector.
