A new one-day training event for estate agency owners and managers, named The Faculty, is set to launch on Wednesday 14 October. The event will be held at Fawsley Hall in Northamptonshire.
Four industry specialists will lead the training, covering leadership, marketing, customer experience, and operations. Jo Bourne will cover leadership, Simon Leadbetter will focus on brand and marketing, Clare Yates will tackle customer experience, and Danielle Nash will cover operations. The specialists will address all four topics throughout the day, rather than in separate sessions.
Attendance for the event is capped at 50 agency owners and managers. Tickets are priced at £99 + VAT, which includes lunch and refreshments. The Auction Group is sponsoring the event.
