The Guild of Property Professionals has launched a new six-part video series aimed at boosting business growth among UK estate agents. The 'Inside the Network' series promises to provide crucial insights and best practices on building strong brands, generating new opportunities, winning instructions, and developing effective marketing campaigns.
Hosted by Iain McKenzie, chief executive of The Guild, the episodes draw on his extensive experience in the sector, combined with contributions from members within The Guild's network. Mr McKenzie, a former independent agency owner, believes that sharing collective knowledge is key to business success – and the series reflects this ethos.
The first episodes will be released this month, offering a glimpse into the diverse approaches employed by agents across different property markets. Mr McKenzie is confident that making this expertise accessible will enable members to strengthen and expand their businesses through shared ideas, strategies, and experiences.
As part of The Guild, member agencies maintain their independence while benefiting from comprehensive services, resources, and a vast network. This structure allows independent agents to tap into collective knowledge without compromising individual business identities – the 'Inside the Network' series is the first in an ongoing programme of content.
Future episodes will feature contributions from Guild members, account managers, and head office staff, covering detailed business case studies, addressing current industry issues, and exploring operational topics relevant to estate agents nationwide. Mr McKenzie stresses that the property industry relies on people, relationships, and knowledge – the series aims to consolidate this expertise for the benefit of all members.
