FTSE 100 retailer Next has secured a “landmark” ruling in a UK retail equal pay claim. A tribunal has determined that Next is justified in paying its warehouse workers more than its shop workers.
The claim involved mostly female shop workers, with the tribunal ruling addressing the multibillion-pound equal pay dispute.
