Reform leader Nigel Farage is reportedly facing scrutiny over his financial arrangements. This includes a £5m sum from Thai crypto billionaire Christopher Harborne, which has been described variously as a gift, payment for security, and potentially a downpayment for Farage's return to full-time politics.
Further questions have been raised about funds reportedly travelling from offshore bank accounts belonging to George Cottrell, via Fiona Cottrell and Dicky Tice. Some of these funds are said to have ended up in Reform's bank accounts, though the precise amounts are not clear.
Farage is also reportedly unclear about when he decided he was politically active, despite owning a majority share in Reform. He reportedly has a week left to clarify his position for Clacton voters.
