Nottingham Forest have identified Manchester City's Netherlands midfielder Tijjani Reijnders, 28, as a potential £55m target. Meanwhile, Chelsea are reportedly close to finalising a deal for Rayo Vallecano's 28-year-old Spanish left-back Pep Chavarria, who has agreed personal terms with the Premier League club.

Tottenham are in contact with Manchester City regarding Brazil winger Savinho, 22. Spurs are also interested in Liverpool's Cody Gakpo, 27, and Eintracht Frankfurt's Jean-Matteo Bahoya, 21. Additionally, Tottenham are interested in Chelsea striker Nicolas Jackson, 25, who is valued at £65m by the Blues, but have not yet made a formal approach.

Real Madrid are set to resume contract talks with Vinicius Jr's representatives this week, though the club is not prepared to increase its most recent offer to the 26-year-old Brazil winger. Manchester City have made a bid for Marseille goalkeeper Geronimo Rulli, 34, with negotiations ongoing. Chelsea are also eyeing Porto and Portugal goalkeeper Diogo Costa, 26, who has a 60m euro (£51m) release clause.
