Ticket sales for Oasis Live 27 continued through the weekend, with fans experiencing various issues. Pre-registered fans, selected at random, were given unique, non-transferrable codes to access online queues across nine buying windows from Friday to Sunday (25 to 27 September).
Despite hopes that staggered purchasing windows would streamline the process, fans have reported not receiving emails about tickets and encountering technical problems, including error loops when inputting allocated QR codes. There have also been complaints regarding ticket pricing, with some reporting the cheapest available tickets at over £170, despite the band stating prices would range between £71.50 and £266.60, including fees.
Earlier this week, Oasis issued a statement urging fans to be wary of potential ticket scams. The band advised vigilance as ticket information and unique codes were being distributed, warning that scammers might impersonate Oasis, their mailing list, or ticket partners. Fans were specifically told not to accept codes not sent by oasis@openstageit.com.
