Philanthropist Melinda French Gates has committed to matching the $10 million raised by the festival. The one-day event featured an all-women lineup and pledged to donate 100 per cent of its net proceeds to 10 non-profit organisations focused on supporting women and girls.

The festival's lineup included artists such as Bikini Kill, Garbage, The Breeders, Doechii, Chappell Roan, Eli, and Die Spitz. Special guests Sarah McLachlan, Alanis Morissette, and Stevie Nicks also performed, with McLachlan joining Rodrigo for a duet.
