Paris Wilson has been jailed for nine years after being found guilty of the manslaughter of Danny Cahalane. Wilson was found guilty in May of helping to orchestrate the fatal acid attack on 38-year-old Cahalane in February 2025.

Two men, Abdulrasheed Adedoja, 23, and Israel Augustus, 27, both from London, were found guilty of Cahalane's murder and jailed for life to serve minimum terms of 31 and 30 years respectively. Ramarnee Bakas, 24, also from London, was found guilty of manslaughter and jailed for 10 years.

Wilson and Jean and Arrone Mukuna, aged 24 and 25 respectively, were also found guilty of attempted kidnap. Isanah Sungum, 22, was found guilty of being part of an organised crime gang and jailed for two years and two months.

The court heard that Wilson and Cahalane's relationship began in 2015 while he was serving a prison sentence for drug dealing. They later married, had a daughter, and opened a gym in Plymouth, but their relationship collapsed in 2022.

In November 2024, Wilson reportedly received messages from Ryan Kennedy, described by prosecutors as one of Cahalane's bosses, about a £120,000 drug debt Cahalane allegedly owed him.
