This summer has seen Premier League clubs spend over £2.5 billion. Notable transfers include Morgan Rogers for £117 million, Elliot Anderson to Manchester City for £116 million, and Sandro Tonali to Tottenham for £100 million. Liverpool also secured Bradley Barcola on Monday for a fee that could potentially reach £123 million.
While the English window shuts tonight, the Scottish transfer window remains open until 5pm BST on 3 September. The Women's Super League (WSL) transfer window also closes later, at 11pm BST on Thursday, 3 September.
