Property Firms Announce Key Appointments to Boost Growth

Strettons, Colliers, and Knight Frank have announced new director-level appointments to strengthen their property auction, landlord advisory, and public sector advisory businesses.

  • Olivia Boulting has joined Strettons as a director and auctioneer.
  • Will Foster has been appointed as a director in Colliers' national offices team.
  • Richard Dixon will lead Knight Frank's public sector advisory team.

Strettons has appointed Olivia Boulting as a director and auctioneer, aiming to expand its property auctions business. Ms Boulting joins the London-based firm from Auction House UK, where she was a regional manager and auctioneer for southern UK territories, bringing over 15 years of experience in the property industry.

Colliers has named Will Foster as a director in its national offices team, with a focus on expanding its landlord advisory business in the South East. Mr Foster, who joins from BNP Paribas Real Estate, has more than 25 years of experience advising landlords in the office market.

Knight Frank has appointed Richard Dixon to lead its public sector advisory team. Mr Dixon, a regeneration and infrastructure specialist, has over 25 years of experience working with government, investors, and developers on various projects.
