The Property Franchise Group (TPFG) has relocated its registered office from Bournemouth to Grantham. The change took effect yesterday, 9 September, moving from St Stephen's Road in Bournemouth to The Old Court House, 60a London Road, Grantham.
This move coincided with the announcement of the group's latest financial results. TPFG reported a 7% increase in group revenue to £43.3m for the first half of 2026, up from £40.3m a year earlier. On a like-for-like basis, revenue rose by 4%.
Adjusted pre-tax profit for the period increased by 7% to £15.5m, while adjusted EBITDA saw a 3% rise to £16.2m. The group also reduced its net debt from £10.9m to £8.1m and increased its interim dividend by 10% to 7.7p per share.
