Property professionals are being offered free guidance regarding recent changes to anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and updated HMRC requirements. AML specialist FCS Compliance is set to host a webinar on Wednesday, 23 September.
The hour-long session, starting at 1pm, will examine the recent changes to the Money Laundering Regulations (MLRs) and cover updates to HMRC guidance. It will also focus on questions from attendees, following an earlier event that generated further queries from property professionals on how to apply the changes in practice.
Stephen Williamson, lead AML consultant at FCS Compliance, will host the webinar alongside senior AML consultant Jen Siwicki. Williamson stated that these changes represent "one of the most significant periods of change to the AML framework affecting the property sector in recent years."
