Mitchell’s career includes leading Strike's acquisition of Purplebricks in 2023 and a recent tenure as Chief Commercial Officer at Lomond. In the luxury development sphere, Valouran has promoted Charles Leigh to partner. Leigh has been instrumental to the business since its inception in 2022, serving as sales director and overseeing sales for its London portfolio, which boasts nine sites valued at over £4 billion. His career spans more than three decades in the prime residential market, including prior work with Valouran founders Alex Michelin and Matthew Robertson at Finchatton, where he managed sales for high-profile developments such as Twenty Grosvenor Square.
