Two property technology companies have received national business recognition. OneDome has been shortlisted in three categories at the Lloyds British Business Excellence Awards 2026, and Street Group's co-founders were included in the inaugural Founder 250 list.
OneDome is a finalist for the Lloyds Scale Up Trailblazer Business of the Year Award and the Vistage Growth Business of the Year Award. Its founder and CEO, Babek Ismayil, is also a finalist for the Cazenove Capital Entrepreneur of the Year Award. The company, founded in 2016, operates a platform combining property search, mortgage advice, and homebuying services.
Tom Staff and Heather Staff, Co-Founders and Co-CEOs of Street Group, were named in BusinessCloud's inaugural Founder 250 list. Street Group develops software for estate and letting agents, including its recently launched AI platform, Street Cortex. The business was recently valued at over £200m following a strategic investment from Hg.
