Paris St-Germain, the Champions League holders, have been given an extra dressing room for the Super Cup. The decision follows their pre-game frustrations regarding the facilities at Red Bull Arena.
PSG officials informed Uefa on Monday that they were unhappy with the size of their allocated away dressing room, which they felt was too small. They reportedly sought a space equivalent to that provided to Europa League winners Aston Villa.
Uefa responded by allocating PSG a spare dressing room, typically used by officials, to provide them with more space. This arrangement ensures PSG has the same amount of space as Aston Villa for Wednesday's match.
