Among the finalists, Angler, situated at South Place Hotel, is highlighted. Its executive chef, Craig Johnston, has maintained his Michelin star for the past two years. The restaurant is known for its modern British seafood, with menus including a seven-course Signature Tasting Menu priced at £155 and a five-course Taste of Angler menu for £99.

Los Mochis City, founded by Markus Thesleff, is another finalist. The restaurant is described as offering a blend of Tulum and Tokyo culinary styles. Other nominees include Liverpool St Chop House for Best New Opening and Best Restaurant, and Madison for Best Roof Terrace.
