Rachel Chinouriri has revealed details of her new album, 'I Think I Spoke Too Soon', which is scheduled for release on October 16 via Parlophone / Atlas Artists. This marks her first album since her 2024 debut LP, 'What A Devastating Turn of Events'.

To accompany the announcement, Chinouriri has released a new single titled 'One Song Away From Crying'. She described the track as exploring the moment on a night out where one realises they need to leave, reflecting a deeper internal conflict.

The album, recorded in London, Hereford, and Los Angeles, is described as an expansion of her alt-indie pop sound. It will delve into themes of starting anew, aligning thoughts and actions, and self-forgiveness.

Chinouriri has also announced a series of headline shows, beginning in Los Angeles on August 26. Her tour includes a London date on September 8 at 26 Leake Street, as well as performances in Dublin, Brussels, and Paris. She is also set to play at Olivia Rodrigo’s Daisy Chain Fields Festival and support Gracie Abrams on US dates later in the year, with two Australian headline shows planned for 2027.
