RAW Capital Partners' Loan Book Exceeds £250 Million

Guernsey-based RAW Capital Partners has announced its loan book has surpassed £250 million, following a period of growth and diversification.

  • RAW Capital Partners' loan book now exceeds £250 million.
  • The firm began lending to UK residents in December 2025 and launched bridging loans earlier this year.
  • The RAW Mortgage Fund aims to reach £500 million in assets under management by the end of 2028.

RAW Capital Partners, an investment management firm based in Guernsey, has announced that its loan book has now exceeded £250 million. This marks a further milestone in the company's growth since its launch in 2015.

For the past decade, the firm has provided specialist mortgages to foreign nationals, UK expats, and Channel Islanders. In December 2025, RAW Capital Partners expanded its lending to include UK residents, and earlier this year, it introduced bridging loans to complement its existing buy-to-let mortgages.

The company attributes its growth to the diversification of its offerings and ongoing improvements to product features, such as allowing overpayments without penalties and simplifying valuations. The firm's lending operations are funded by its RAW Mortgage Fund, which surpassed £200 million in assets under management in late 2025.

Ben Nichols, CEO of RAW Capital Partners, stated that the company has focused on scaling in a controlled and responsible manner, with both the loan book and the Fund growing at a healthy pace. The firm has set a target for the Fund to reach £500 million in assets under management by the end of 2028.
