Scott Dunn and Healing Holidays were noted for their accommodation address books. Jacada and Turquoise, along with British Airways Holidays, rated highly for their variety of destinations, including bird-watching in New Zealand and turtle-gazing in the Côn Đa o islands.
Original Travel was lauded for its reliability and on-the-ground support. The awards also saw more votes for specialist outfits, such as the LGBTQ+-led Inclusive Morocco and Linger, which focuses on ethical sabbatical travel.
