Property software provider Reapit has been named a 2026 WIRED Trailblazer for its application of artificial intelligence (AI) and automation within estate agency technology. This recognition comes shortly after the company announced an additional investment of more than £20 million into its platform.
The WIRED Trailblazer programme, run in collaboration with HSBC UK, highlights British businesses for their technological advancements and contributions to growth. Reapit has been developing AI and automation tools for estate agents, as the industry increasingly seeks technology to enhance efficiency and customer engagement.
Mark Armstrong, CEO of Reapit, stated that being named a 2026 WIRED Trailblazer is a significant acknowledgement of the innovation Reapit has provided to estate agencies for nearly 30 years. Steve Richmond, general manager of Reapit UK, noted that while AI and automation are important, the future of estate agency will also be shaped by combining personal relationships, consumer engagement, and intelligence.
