Reform UK is facing renewed scrutiny regarding alleged breaches of political donation laws, following a Channel 4 News sting operation. The investigation reportedly suggested that party leader Nigel Farage and two of his aides appeared willing to break laws concerning political donations.

The operation involved James Orr, described as a Cambridge associate professor and a key figure behind the party, and Dan Jukes, an aide to Mr Farage for over a decade. Both individuals have since been suspended from Reform UK, with Lee Anderson stating they would not be returning.

Mr Farage addressed the allegations at a press conference, claiming the incident was a hoax and that no laws had been broken, nor money taken. He stated that Orr and Jukes were contractors who had "misspoken."
