The integration combines the established expertise of WB Power Services – encompassing engineering, installation, commissioning, and long-term maintenance – with Rehlko's broader global operating model. The UK business has a proven track record in delivering complex power solutions, with an existing customer base that includes some of the country's largest data centre operators.
Lenaik Andrieux, General Manager for EMEA, India, and LATAM at Rehlko, noted that the integration will bring together experienced teams and established customer relationships under a single operational structure. This will enable Rehlko to provide high-quality power solutions and support across the region, driving growth in critical sectors where reliability, scale, and consistency are paramount.
The integration is expected to have a significant impact on the UK's energy landscape, with an estimated 30% increase in market share projected over the next two years. This is driven by Rehlko's ability to provide complete lifecycle capabilities, from design and installation to testing and ongoing service, meeting growing demand for reliable power.
The former WB Power Services has a long history of supporting complex installation and service requirements in the UK critical power market. Following its acquisition in August 2025, the business will now operate under the Rehlko name, with the same experienced teams serving its customer base. This development positions Rehlko to support customers as power system requirements grow in size, complexity, and geographic scope.
