A comprehensive review of 18 resistance band sets has been published today, 17 September 2026. The assessment, conducted over a month, evaluated various styles, prices, and brands, including Technogym, Les Mills, Peloton, and Pvolve.
The bands were tested for their intended workouts, including pre-run warm-ups, assisted weights at the gym, and bodyweight and mobility sessions at home. Criteria for rating included material quality, resistance range, versatility, durability, portability, and value.
Among the recommendations, Technogym loop bands were highlighted as a budget-friendly option for beginners, offering three resistance levels up to 14.5kg. La Pochette resistance band sets and Myprotein Booty bands were also noted for lower-body work, with La Pochette offering a stylish fabric option and Myprotein providing comfort for those who prefer fabric over rubber.
