Rightmove reveals most-viewed properties in first half of 2026

Rightmove has released data on the most-viewed residential properties listed on its platform during the first six months of 2026, showcasing a diverse range of homes.

  • The most-viewed property was a four-bedroom detached home in Bratoft, Lincolnshire, listed at £550,000.

Rightmove has published data on the most-viewed residential properties on its platform for the first half of 2026. The analysis revealed a varied selection of homes, with prices ranging from £250,000 to £20 million.

The property that received the most views was a four-bedroom detached home in Bratoft, Lincolnshire, priced at £550,000. This property includes a cinema room and two acres of land.

Other highly viewed listings included a £20 million Gothic mansion in Newcastle's Jesmond Dene Conservation Area and a seven-bedroom Victorian villa in Manchester listed at £1,444,000. A property in Corfu featured on BBC One's 'Amanda and Alan’s Greek Job' also attracted significant attention, as did Law Castle in West Kilbride, North Ayrshire, built in 1467 and marketed at £900,000.

The data indicates that properties with distinctive characteristics, historical importance, or media exposure tend to generate higher engagement on listing platforms, irrespective of their price.
