Sir Rod Stewart has cancelled the rest of his 2026 US tour dates after undergoing heart surgery. The 81-year-old singer, who was on his One Last Time tour, will take four weeks off to recover from a coronary stent procedure.

This means his US and Mexico performances for the remainder of the year, which were scheduled to run into September, have been cut short. Sir Rod was due to perform in Ohio, Illinois, and Mexico, as well as a six-night residency in Las Vegas.

In an Instagram post, Sir Rod stated, "I’m already feeling better and very much on the mend." He also expressed disappointment at missing the shows but said he looks forward to returning to the stage.

His representatives confirmed he is "doing very well" and has "returned to his normal daily activities." They added that on doctors' advice, he will recuperate for the next four weeks before performing again. Information about affected performances will be shared by promoters and venues.
