The SELHAYA Royal Cultural Salon, a new luxury event, is scheduled to return for an autumn 2027 edition in London. The inaugural salon, held on 27 June 2026 at Mansion House, introduced a new format for London's luxury events, focusing on an intimate gathering that combines fashion with art, conversation, and cultural exchange.
Founded by Aisha Hossain and Sajjad Choudhury, SELHAYA is a British cultural luxury house that works primarily with silk, creating ceremonial garments, private commissions, and framed artworks. The salon aims to bring together cultural leaders, collectors, philanthropists, private patrons, and figures from the worlds of luxury, art, and enterprise.
The first event featured the unveiling of SELHAYA’s Royal Collection of ceremonial silk pieces and the introduction of SELHAYA Silk Art, with the artwork “The Sovereign Jewel” created to honour the Nigerian royal household.
